Engentfy LLC is committed to making its websites and services accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every real estate professional to be able to learn about, sign up for, and use the Engentfy assistant independently.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) for digital accessibility. This site is audited against WCAG with automated tooling and manual checks, and accessibility is part of our release process.

• Semantic HTML with proper landmarks, headings, and native controls;
• text and interface colors checked for WCAG AA contrast on our dark theme;
• full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link;
• animations that respect your reduced motion system preference;
• alternative text for meaningful images;
• content available in English and Spanish.

The assistant itself is also built for flexible interaction: you can use it entirely by text or voice notes, in any language, inside WhatsApp — no additional app or visual dashboard is required.

Some third-party surfaces we link to (for example WhatsApp, Stripe checkout, or Google sign-in) are controlled by their providers. We choose established providers that publish their own accessibility commitments, but we cannot modify their interfaces directly.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on our sites or in the Engentfy assistant, please tell us. Email support@engentfy.com and describe the problem and the page or feature involved. We aim to respond within two business days and to fix verified barriers promptly.
