Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Engentfy LLC (“Engentfy”, “we”, “us”) provides an AI assistant for real estate professionals that operates through WhatsApp and the websites engentfy.com and chat.engentfy.com (the “Service”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. For questions or requests, contact support@engentfy.com.
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, phone number, brokerage, and timezone, provided when you sign up.
- Messages — the messages you exchange with the assistant on WhatsApp, including voice notes (which are transcribed to text so the assistant can respond).
- Connected-service data— if you choose to connect third-party accounts (such as Google Gmail, Google Calendar, or Follow Up Boss), the data needed to perform the actions you request, accessed through each service’s authorized API.
- Work data you create — deals, deadlines, contacts, leads, and notes you ask the assistant to track.
- Billing information — subscription and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data — basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
3. How we use information
We use your information to:
- provide and operate the assistant and respond to your requests;
- manage your subscription, billing, and account;
- provide customer support;
- secure, debug, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
4. Google user data (Limited Use disclosure)
If you connect your Google account, the assistant accesses your Gmail and Google Calendar data only to perform the actions you ask for — for example reading or drafting an email, or creating a calendar event.
Engentfy’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:
- Google user data is used only to provide the features you request, never for advertising;
- we do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models;
- humans do not read your Google data except with your explicit consent, for security or abuse investigation, to comply with law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymized;
- Google user data is not transferred to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature you requested, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice to you.
You can disconnect Google at any time from your Google account permissions page or by asking the assistant.
5. AI processing
The assistant is powered by third-party AI providers — Anthropic (language model) and OpenAI (voice-note transcription) — which process your messages as our service providers in order to generate responses. We do not permit our data to be used by these providers to train their generalized models under the API terms we use.
6. Service providers
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), Railway and Vercel (hosting), Meta/WhatsApp (message delivery), Composio (managed OAuth connections), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI processing), and the third-party services you explicitly connect (for example Google or Follow Up Boss). Each provider processes data under its own security and privacy obligations.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@engentfy.com; we will delete it within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, billing, or security purposes.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@engentfy.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database. Connected accounts use OAuth — the assistant never sees or stores your passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us immediately at support@engentfy.com if you suspect a problem.
10. Children
The Service is for real-estate professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you (for example by email or a message from the assistant) before they take effect. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
